During this webinar, AMBA staff will provide a deep dive into AMBA's most recent shop rate data from the AMBA 2023 Shop Rate Report, which publishes aggregate charge rates for services in engineering, moldmaking and specialty services. This data allows domestic mold manufacturers to benchmark their shop rates against AMBA’s nationwide community of mold manufacturers, as well as better understand current v. anticipated capacities and related company demographics.  

In addition to a review of this year's shop rate data and related emerging industry trends, Alan Rothenbuecher, Benesch Law, will present current anti-trust guidelines, contract negotiation tactics and customer management strategies and best practices.

The webinar also will feature Troy Nix, AMBA Executive Director, who will facilitate a panel of mold manufacturing report participants to provide added insight into the trends identified from the report and related pricing strategies.
