Join other young professionals during the final session of the Network’s Virtual Ignition Workshop Series, "Leadership on Fire." During this look into the 1949 Mann Gulch Forest Fire, Dr. Jim Cain, noted author and teamwork specialist, will take 56 minutes to demonstrate how 30 seconds changed the lives of 13 brave firefighters, how 3 seconds was all that separated life from death and how one catastrophic event changed an institution forever.

The AMBA Emerging Leaders Network, alongside the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP) and the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM) young professional groups, is launching a new workshop series for under-40 industry professionals: Virtual Ignition - Lighting Your Path to Leadership.
During these monthly workshops (which will be held on the third Thursday of every month), the associations will host a series of speakers, facilitators and exchanges where young professionals and those new to the industry will explore how to lead through an environment of change and uncertainty. These sessions will illuminate new opportunities for leadership growth, empowering attendees to embrace new opportunities along their own path and strengthening their ability to light the way for others.
Workshop sessions will be held on the third Thursday of every month. All workshops will include live takeaway discussions during or after each presentation.
