Series Overview: 30-Minute Insights for Impacting Your Workforce

People-related challenges are both costly and stressful. Between turnover, low engagement and lack of commitment and loyalty – not to mention leadership development and succession planning—organizations experience cost in bottom-line impact and from a cultural perspective. Using practical, relevant tools and proven methodologies that lead to flourishing organizations, this three-part, “thirty-minutes of insight” series (with group discussion) will unpack key foundational pillars that can relieve organization-wide challenges, improve the bottom-line and help leaders sleep better at night.

  • Increased ownership of role
  • Better balance of trust (and being trusted)
