Through constant review of its internal processes and industry advancements, Legacy keeps its team on its toes with consistent reinvestment in technology, automation and quality management. By tracking key metrics and focusing on long-term improvement, including the recent addition of 6,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, Legacy has been able to achieve significant advancements in on-time delivery, process capabilities and an empowered employee culture.
During the workshop, attendees will see how this shop
- invested in high-precision EDM electrode technology to achieve tight tolerances and expanded capabilities,
- uses a custom database that delivers scheduling flexibility,
- leverages ISO certification to drive metric measurement, quality management and continuous improvement, and
- created a strategic workflow allowing for greater efficiency and autonomy.
$149/person. Tour registration includes plant tour workshop registration, lunch and crosstalk at Sunnybrook Country Club and a welcome reception the evening before at Founders Brewing Co.
