This facilitated peer networking session is a follow-up to the AMBA Emerging Leaders "Meet the Mentor" April session, "Risk Management."  

Having heard mentor insights during the April session, attendees will have been tasked with observing the challenge in their own workplace, contemplating best practices and solutions applicable to their own facility and then will rejoin their peers for a follow-up peer-to-peer discussion on their observations, best practices and future improvement goals specific to their organization.

The "Meet the Mentor" Series

The "Meet the Mentor" series is a program track for AMBA 40-and-under industry professionals that addresses challenges facing the next generation of leadership in mold manufacturing through monthly topics and mentor sessions. These professionals are passionate about pursuing continued leadership development, expanding their technical knowledge and connecting with industry peers.
