Join AMBA professionals, including those in emerging and/or managerial leadership roles, as they hear industry peers share experiences related to the implementation of lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement initiatives.

Attendees will walk away with insight into the challenges that have driven continuous improvement, the process of implementation, team member involvement and methods for evaluating program success.

  • Session 2 (April 3, 12-1pm EST): Case Study - Cavity Separation and Vision Systems (presented by Carol Welch, Intertech Plastics)
  • Session 3 (April 10, 12-1pm EST): Case Study - Mobile Toolbox Station and Organization (presented by Kate Rogers, Noble Plastics)
  • Session 4 (April 17, 12-1pm EST): Case Study - 3D Metal Printing, Lead Time Improvement and Part Quality (presented by Steve Michon, Zero Tolerance, and Scott Kraemer, XACT Metal)

Note: Each session will include a live, peer-driven activity alongside the member presentation. This series is co-hosted with the Young Professionals groups of ARPM (the Association of Rubber Products Manufacturers) and MAPP (the Manufacturers Association of Plastics Processors).
