As the impact of COVID-19 increases across the country, employers have to make unprecedented and quick (if not immediate) decisions about what they should do or what they have to do. We will discuss current guidance surrounding employee leave and pay (including any federal legislation). We will also discuss how to support business operations consistent with L&E obligations -- from what you can ask employees, how you should change your business practices, and what to consider if employee layoffs/furloughs are necessary.
