As states continue to announce statewide “Sheltering in Place” orders that advise all residents to stay home and only leave for “essential activities,” the AMBA has identified a growing need to connect members to discuss what constitutes “essential activities” as it pertains to work, as well as other shutdown procedures and policies. 

Because this is all very vague and many manufacturers are asking how other AMBA members are dealing with this issue, we are bringing together members of our association immediately during two meetings this week to talk, share and benchmark. The meeting will be facilitated by AMBA Executive Director Troy Nix. Representatives from Benesch Law will also be on the line to provide counsel and guidance in regards to these policies.
