The AMBA defines workforce development as a top priority, providing AMBA members with an overview of mold building career opportunities, scholarship funds, recruitment tools, skills certification (aptitute testing to evaluate skill proficiency in mold building and CNC machining), leadership development for up-and-coming leaders and a variety of other training tools that benefit and support educational outreach efforts within their own communities.
